Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-09
These Terms of Service govern your use of Rout, Inc.’s payout-management platform. By creating an account or using Rout, you agree to these terms.
Rout is a software platform — not a bank or a money transmitter. Rout does not hold, pool, or take custody of your funds. Money movement is performed by a regulated third-party payments provider under its own terms; balances shown in Rout are records, not funds held by Rout.
Rout records obligations, applies approvals and controls, and reconciles provider outcomes. Live payout execution and information-return filing are enabled only when the applicable operational and legal controls are satisfied.
Sensitive tax identification numbers, when collected, are stored under Rout’s Tax Identity Vault policies and are not displayed in operator or recipient surfaces after submission.
