This Privacy Policy explains how Rout, Inc. handles the information it processes to operate its payout-management platform.

Rout processes organization and recipient operational data needed to coordinate payouts (identity readiness status, masked destination references, ledger-derived totals). Full bank account numbers and TINs are not shown in normal UI surfaces; TINs collected for Rout tax documents are encrypted in the Tax Identity Vault.
